Any content you create within the App (including trip itineraries, notes, and preferences) remains your property. By creating content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and any consequences thereof. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gorilla Travel Path Planner is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gorilla Travel Path Planner regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
